Madame Alexander's 21-Inch Portrait Doll ~ Scarlett O'Hara

I am so happy to have acquired this Madame Alexander Scarlett O'Hara doll for my collection. She is one of the Portrait Dolls that Madame Alexander made using the Jacqueline (Jackie Kennedy) face mold. She is a beautiful doll, with gorgeous green eyes. Since she has a size and shape very similar to Alexander's modern Cissy doll, she is a great model.

At 21 inches, Scarlett is one of my favorite sizes to sew for. Her features are delicate, and she wears vintage fashions well. She has jointed knees, which gives her great poseability. Besides, I have always loved *Gone With The Wind*.
